About Walgreens Clinic:
Regular physicals are a chance for healthcare providers to discuss important health issues with children and their parents or guardians. During a sports or school physical our board-certified nurse practitioner or physician assistant will:
Review your child’s medical history
Conduct a physical examination
Offer information on signs of concussion
Provide a summary of the visit to the child’s primary care provider
Complete forms needed for sports or school participation (forms to be provided by parent/guardian)
At Healthcare Clinic, we also provide a variety of immunizations, offer treatment for a variety of common conditions and write prescriptions, when appropriate.
