About Mother Rising Birth Services:
Lindsey Morrow, of the Tallahassee Doula Co-Op, teaches Birthing From Within childbirth classes at the Birth Cottage. Parents planning to give birth at home, the birth center or hospital are encouraged to attend. Classes are small which allows for engaging conversations.
Birthing From Within childbirth classes are different than any other method out there. After attending this class you will feel more confident in your pain coping skills, prepared for the unexpected and relaxed after learning the knowledge and techniques that allow for a less painful and easier birth.
Lindsey also offers birth and postpartum doula services, placenta encapsulation and sells dōTERRA essential oils.
