What started with one lonely goat about 20 years ago has grown into quite the farm! After discovering that goats really need a buddy, Aunt Louise’s added a second goat. Then came chickens for fresh eggs…and apparently there was no stopping after that.
Today, the farm is home to an impressive collection of friendly animals, including alpacas, donkeys, ducks, emus, goats, Highland cows, horses, peacocks, pigs, rabbits, turkeys, a tortoise, zebu and plenty of chickens.
Aunt Louise’s Farm has become a fun family destination where kids can get up close with animals and families can make some pretty great memories together. During the fall season, the farm gets even better with pumpkins and seasonal activities, making it an easy pick for a fall day trip from Tallahassee.
One thing to know before you go: leave the four-legged members of your family at home. The farm loves dogs, but pets aren’t permitted.
