Lee Hall Auditorium

Lee Hall was built on the highest hill in Tallahassee, Florida in 1928. A $4.3 million remodeling job on the facility was completed in time for a rededication ceremony in April, 1993. Its picturesque location at the center of the Florida A&M University campus is enhanced with fountains gracing the entrance to the building. This landmark houses the office of the University President and others, and its 1190 seat, completely redesigned auditorium. Lee Hall Auditorium is a fully-equipped and beautifully designed theatre. The auditorium seats 677 on the floor and 513 in the balcony with an additional area designated for physically disabled audience members. It is equipped with modern lighting and audio systems, and a full orchestra shell for concerts. Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra

The Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra has provided the community the world of live symphonic music since 1982. Led by Maestro Darko Butorac, the professional orchestra annually performs a five-concert Masterworks Series, two December holiday concerts, a young people’s concert, and outdoor pops in the park concert. Railroad Square Art District

Historic warehouse district now home to more than 50 artist studios, galleries, and small shops. Railroad Square Art Park serves as Tallahassee's "Art District," the creative haven for many Tallahassee artists and other creative, small businesses, such as vintage clothing and thrift stores, shops featuring locally-made products, and even a vintage pinball arcade and indoor rock climbing gym. The brightly colored buildings, eclectic shops and variety of outdoor art and murals made this one of the top selfie locations in Tallahassee. There are plenty of options for dining/refreshments including Black Dog Cafe on the Square (coffee, gourmet pops, and more), the Crumbox Gastgarden (only cafe in town built out of a real railroad caboose), and the Railroad Square Craft House, serving pub food and craft beer in a colorful outdoor art garden. On the first Friday of every month, the park hosts the "First Friday Gallery Hop," a highly popular event from 6-9pm celebrating art, music and fun. Second Saturdays are now also a popular at the art park, with open galleries and shops during the daytime, and events at Black Dog and the Crumbox in the evening. However, Railroad Square is now becoming a daily destination, with many shops open in the afternoon Tuesday/Wednesday through Sunday.
